To my best friend no scratch that my sister: Katiana who is away in Cuba, like the Micheal Jackson song "You are not alone..." I miss you like crazy but I'm finding everyday things that remind me to appreciate that you are in Cuba. Living and learning and writing and photographing and conversating in Cuba and bringing that knowledge back to ya fam and ya hood. In your honor of You being in Cuba, Phil and I went to eat at a Cuban restaurant, and thinking of you over there reminds me of my trip to the islands in 2005 it ain't gon be easy when you get back to adjust to american way of life but I think thats a good thing it will make you stronger...
